Terms & Conditions

• All tour routes and destinations are subject to change without notice and at the captain’s discretion for both safety and wildlife viewing.
• No drones/unmanned aircraft allowed on any vessel.
• No smoking of any kind, including vaping/e-cigarettes.
• We reserve the right to refuse business.
• Cancelled tours by Puget Sound Express are fully refundable or gladly rescheduled.
• This is an adventure excursion. Water conditions can vary and may turn rough at times. It may not be suitable for all guests.
• This tour is not recommended for individuals who have/had back problems, recent injuries, or surgeries.
• Expecting mothers are allowed on this tour. You assume the responsibility to talk with your doctor as to whether this excursion is suitable for you, knowing that that water conditions can vary throughout the trip.
• You are responsible for bringing your prescription medication with you, i.e. inhalers, EpiPens, diabetic or other daily medications. If you do not have your daily medication with you, we ask that you kindly reschedule your tour. If rescheduling takes place within 48 hours, it is non-refundable, and the change fee would apply to your reservation.
• Puget Sound Express is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Cancellation Policies

What is a confirmed reservation?

• A tour reservation is considered confirmed once payment is processed OR you receive a confirmation email.

For all tours other than multi-day excursions:

• Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation up to 48 hours prior to departure is fully-refundable, less a $10 fee.
• Inside of 48 hours of departure, there are no refunds available. This includes all tours booked online within 48 hours of departure.
• For group bookings, all above considerations are the same but the cancellation period is 7 days prior to departure, unless otherwise stated by our sales team.

For multi-day excursions:

• Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation 30 days prior to departure is fully-refundable, less a $10 fee.
• Inside of 30 days, there are no refunds available.

Rescheduling:

Inside our non-refundable cancellation periods, rescheduling a tour is at the discretion of the office and subject to availability. A guest can request to reschedule and are considered standby until contacted by the office to confirm. Requests to reschedule are not a guarantee of seats.

If we are able to accommodate the request, there is a $10/person fee.

Check-in and boarding:

Travelers must be checked-in no later than 30 minutes prior to sailing. Boarding closes 15 minutes before departure and if guests are not checked in prior to cut off time tickets will be cancelled with no refunds or ability to reschedule.

Puget Sound Express is not responsible for traffic, ferry disruptions, or bridge closures. Please ensure enough travel time to your departure location to account for the unexpected.
