On August 8, 2017, Puget Sound Express found a humpback whale that might be new to the Salish Sea.
We came across this beauty near Hein Bank in the Strait of Juan de Fuca. We do not see it recorded in any of our ID guides, and therefore wonder if it is new to the area.
Look at that fluke!
