Reservation Information
Reservations are recommended. During the season there are rarely seats available for walk up purchase, so if you would like to plan for a particular day, definitely make a reservation. Reservations require a name, the number of people in your party (including, adults, children, and infants), a phone number (where you can be reached the night prior to your departure), and a Visa or Master Card number to hold your reservations. You may make a reservation by calling our reservation office, or by emailing us through the Online Reservation form, or by faxing us.
Reservations can be made online. Simply click on Online Reservation,
and send us you desired date and other information over our secure website link.
We will email back a confirmation of your reservation with a confirmation
number. This email will become your e-ticket to be used when you arrive at
the office.
Once your reservation as been confirmed, you can cancel up to 48 hours prior
to your departure. Any reservation made within 48 hours of departure
will require full payment at the time of purchase in order to hold your
seats. No refunds are available within 48 hours of the departure date, and
your credit card will be charged for the reservation you requested.
