In September, Puget Sound Express will head north for two exciting 3-day cruises in the San Juan Islands. Selected by National Geographic as one of the World’s Top 3 destinations, the waters around the San Juan Islands are home to an astonishing array of migrating birds, orcas (killer whales), minke whales, gray whales, humpback whales, steller sea lions, porpoise, otters, and countless sea and shorebirds.
We’re very pleased to announce that the Tour Naturalist for both cruises is none other than Bob Boekelheide, former Director of the Dungeness River Audubon Center. You won’t find a better guide to the area’s flora and fauna than Bob.
